Documents Required
Standard Documents for Schengen Visa Application
Application Form:
Fully filled and signed Schengen Visa application form. The form must be completed and printed from our website or filled in using a blue/black pen.
Valid Passport:
Valid for at least 3 months after the intended departure date from Greece.
Issued within the last 10 years with at least two facing blank pages.
A copy of all stamped or visa-containing pages of the passport is required.
Passport pages must not be torn, stained, or worn.
Copy of Identity Card:
If you are not a national of the country from which you are applying, submit evidence of permission to be in that country (residence/work permit).
Permission must be valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from Greece.
Traveling with Someone Who Has a Visa:
Copy of the traveler's valid visa or preliminary information page of the green passport.
Full Certificated Population Registration Sample:
Obtain this from the e-devlet by selecting the 'population family' option. If single, include mother and father; if married, include spouse and children (barcoded from e-devlet).
Insurance:
Travel health insurance covering Schengen area medical expenses, including urgent medical attention, emergency hospital treatment, repatriation, or death.
Minimum coverage of €30,000, original, signed and stamped by the insurance company or with a QR code. Only insurances with euro coverage are accepted.
Visa Fee:
Payment only in cash and euros at the time of application.
Photograph:
One recent biometric photo of the applicant in color, with a white background, in accordance with international standards (showing the entire face).
Photocopy of the Passport:
Submit all previous passports. A copy of all stamped or visa-containing pages is required.
If you have been refused a visa for any other country, submit details, preferably the original letter issued by the authorities of that country.
Concealment of other visa refusals will result in your Greek visa application being refused.
Residence Document:
QR code residence document obtained from E-Government.
Professional Documents
Proof of Financial Status:
Bank statements taken within the last week, showing movements for the last three months, and proving a regular source of income with a wet signature and stamp.
Bank account document and salary account must be submitted along with a signature circular.
Bank statements must be printed double-sided (front/back). Single-sided statements are not accepted.
If available, include title deeds, rental income, or other material evidence such as title deeds of real estate in Turkey or Europe.
Additional Notes for Minors
A separate application form must be filled out for each child.
Children under the age of 12 do not need to come to the application center in person.
Children over the age of 12 must provide fingerprints as required by the biometric application and must come to the application center in person with their parent or legal guardian if fingerprints weren't collected.
The same documents of the supporting family member must be photocopied and added to each child's file.
If the child is traveling alone or with only one parent:
Notarized consent (for the last 6 months) must be submitted from both parents or legal guardians.
If traveling with both parents or legal guardians:
Both parents or guardians must come to the Visa Application Center and sign the application form in the presence of staff. Otherwise, submit a notarized consent letter (for the last 6 months).
If someone other than the parents is bringing the child's application:
The name of this person must be written in the consent form.
If the minor applicant's parents are separated:
A notarized original consent letter and its photocopy from the non-custodial parent (within the last 6 months) are required.
If the parents have valid visas:
Photocopies of the valid visas must be added to the child's file.

Select ‘’Family’’ for the application type and schedule appointments for each applicant at similar times. (For example, for a family of 4, complete 4 application forms and schedule 4 separate appointments.)

Pay the Fees: A portion of the visa service fee is paid as an advance payment for the appointment guarantee. Persons applying for visa must reside in one of the provinces where they will apply. If I need to cancel my appointment, can I get a refund?
Yes, you can receive a refund once by notifying at least 72 hours before the appointment time. The deposit paid for appointments canceled less than 72 hours before the appointment date will not be refunded and a new appointment will be required.
Do I need an international driving license?
If your Turkish driving license issued after 01.01.2016, you do not need to have an international driving licence.
How long should my travel health insurance be?
Your travel health insurance should cover your trip. Having a long period of travel insurance would not mean of obtaining longer term of visa nor means of providing convenience on obtaining visa.
How to get QR code invitation from Greece ?
For your family and friend visits, the person who invites you can obtain your QR code invitation via www.gov.gr.
I am getting an ID error on our website, what is the reason? What is the validity period of the application form?
It is not possible to make an appointment without filling out the application form. You must first fill out the application form. The validity of the application form is 3 months.
Will there be a problem because my flight ticket does not have a QR code?
It can be offered if the PNR code and price are specified.
Does VIP service speed up the visa issuance process? Which offices have it?
VIP Service does not speed up the application process.
