Schengen Visa Application For, completed in English online, signed and dated (Fıll it out on computer)
Questionair filled and signed by the applicant
Travel health insurance with coverage of 30.000 Euro, valid for Schengen countries and starts 1 day before the travel date and finishes after 1 day from departure date
Departure – Return flight reservation (should be E-Ticket) or any other confirmation related to travel Flight reservation
Hotel reservation confirmed by the hotel or issued by the accredited travel agencies only, covering the travel period or any other confirmation related to the travel, in case of attending multiple country tours, all reservations should be presented. (the accommodation information must include the name- surname of everyone who applies)
If applicant is working in a company or a company owner; original support letter containing travel dates from employer confirming the leave, SSK and SGK documents with QR Code, last 3 months salary payrolls and company documents with originalsignature and stamp as signature circular, Copy of the certificate of registration for the Company taken in last 6 months,Tax Registration Certificate for company If applicant is farmer; orginal farm documents issued by Ziraat Odası. If applicant is retired; documents showing social payments (bank statement or retirement certificate) If the applicant is student, student certificate should be with QRCode (E-devlet)
Original and personal bank statements for last 3 months (stamped and signed by the bank) with signature circular. Even if, the applicant provide the application with the guarantor, if the applicant is over 18, bank statement had to be brought by the applicant. ( Must Have been taken within the last 15 days.)
Minor underage of 18 years and travelling alone or with one perant, must submit witten consen (approved by public notary) by the non-travellin parent(s)/ legal guardian(s) or proof (approved by a public notary) of sole custody of the travelling parent/legan guradian.
Proof of residence in Turkey, long term residency cart which is valid three months beyond the intended date of departure form the territory of the Member States is necessary for non-Turkish applications.
Complete extract of the civil registry
If your documents or residence were obtained from a region outside the consular jurisdiction, you must prove that you have been living in the consular jurisdiction for a minimum of 3 months with your residence and invoices.
Photocopy of the ID card and also marriage certificate for married applicants.
If photocopies of passport (all pages with personel information, visas and stamps)Passport should be valid at least further 3 months after the date of return and must be issued within the last 10 years and contain at least 2 blank pages
2 photographs that has 35x45 mm size, white background and not elder than 6 months
Visa Fee and service fee 90 €+20€ (please do ask your VFS Officer for additional information regarding courier and sms services)
Step-by-Step Guide to the Application Process

Pay the Fees: Once you have made your application, you will need to pay your visa application fee. If you are applying online for your visa, your payment will be made as part of this process. If you download the form to print and bring to the Visa Application Centre, payment can be made at the time of your appointment.
Submit Application: Attend the appointment at the visa center, submit your documents, and provide biometrics.
Track your application (Stay informed about the progress of your application).
Collect your passport: After a visa application decision has been made, you can pick up your documents from the Visa Application Centre or have your documents returned to you by courier for an additional fee. For some Visa Application Centres your documents will only be returned via courier.
Processing Time
If all required documentation is in order, Short Terms Visa Applications are usually processed within 15 calendar days, excluding day of submission at Visa Application Centre, and number of days (1-2) required for transportation of documents to Ankara (from Izmir and Antalya).
To the attention of the applicants who submitt in Istanbul,
It is not recommended to apply before 15 days from travel date since your visa process probably would not be concluded!
Please note, in some cases the procedure may take considerably longer than mentioned period. We advice you to apply for visa well in advance.
That period may be extended up to a maximum of 45 calendar days in individual cases.
Processing time for nationalities mentioned below is considerably longer, approximately 14 working days due to additional internal procedures requirement: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Congo (Democratic Republic), Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Iran, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka and Syria.
