Auto-booking (Portugal) — Our service fee is charged only after we successfully secure your appointment, so there is nothing to refund on our service fee until we deliver. The visa centre fee (VFS Global) is collected upfront so the booking can complete automatically when a slot opens. If you cancel before we have secured your appointment, the visa centre fee is refunded in full. If we have already booked and you need to cancel afterwards, the appointment cancellation follows VFS Global’s standard process; our service fee is owed because we delivered the booking.
